The scoring rules are almost done.  Almost.  I'm trying to make sure that the rules do not contradict themselves and somehow make sense.

The last day to join Gint-A-Cuffs will be Wednesday, July 20th at 11:59pm, Eastern.  I live in the east.  Eastern times will be used.
